Tweakbench VST Instruments and Effects License Agreement
FEES & USAGE
You are allowed to use the product for an unlimited time and
without paying any fees. Custom, Private, and Pro versions
do not apply, and will carry their own License Agreement. 

COPYING & LINKING
You are granted the right to make as many copies of this
version, it's documentation, the screenshot, and the demo
mp3s as wanted. Please don't share the files once downloaded. They will be moving to a retail license soon, and should be treated as personal purchases. They may be installed on unlimited machines that you own.

LIMITED WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND, THEREFORE, ON
AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT
IS FREE OF DEFECTS, VIRUS FREE, ABLE TO OPERATE ON AN
UNINTERRUPTED BASIS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR
